Share the peaceful beauty of our working blueberry and flower farm.

During the blueberry season—mid-July through August—experience the joyful bustle of the patch and pick your own delicious berries. Before and after the season, enjoy the property as your own private park. Walk the grassy roads of the forty acre blueberry patch and the gently winding trails of the surrounding twenty-five acres of woodland. If there’s enough snow, you can “out the door” cross country ski and snowshoe.

Stay in your own private guest house (attached to our farmhouse) featuring two en suite bedrooms—one a queen, the other a double—which open into the living space and kitchen. A few steps from the main space is a separate small house, “the bunkhouse”, which includes a double bed and two bunkbeds. Outside, enjoy the patio, spacious lawns, and in-ground pool.

Visit the neighboring resort town of Ellicottville for quality shopping, restaurants, and activities. Enjoy downhill skiing and other winter sports at Holiday Valley and HoliMont, and other nearby seasonal recreation like hiking, biking, fishing, and boating. Experience the charm of the Amish trail with other fresh produce and goods. Travel an hour to attractions of the Buffalo area including the magnificence of Niagara Falls.
